I want to share how to stockpile your pantry in a healthy way so that if and when something like this happens you are already prepared. This doesn’t mean becoming an extreme couponer, just learning to stock up on essentials you use month to month.

So you might be wondering why stockpile? Well, having a nice size stockpile is a great way to ensure that if you can’t leave your home you have supplies to care for and feed the members who live in your home.

Being a prepper is not a bad thing. You could even change the name and instead of prepper call yourself a planner.

What Are The Best Foods To Stockpile In Your Pantry 

Home Goods To Stockpiles 

  • Toilet Paper 
  • Shampoo Conditioner 
  • Deodorant 
  • Toothbrushes and toothpaste 
  • Laundry Soap  and dryer sheets 
  • Medicines You might need and first aid supplies

These recipes may include the usage of frozen chicken or frozen ground beef.  If you do not have either, the recipes can easily be made without it.
