Cuban Breeze Cocktail is such a sweet and tropical drink. Amaretto, vodka, and pineapple juice come together to make a crowd worthy Cuban breeze. Giving it the perfect island breeze taste making it one of my favorite Cuban drinks. This is one of our favorite easy cocktail recipes.
The best part of many vacations is the food and drinks. There truly is no better feeling than being on vacation on a tropical island and sipping on a pineapple based cocktail. Extra points if it is served in the pineapple with little umbrellas in the straw. If you love this drink you will surely love jamaican rum punch
Cuban Breeze Cocktail
The name itself embodies a perfect island dream come true. Cuban Breeze Cocktail is the perfect drink for the perfect night. This cocktail is super easy to make and don’t feel you have to be a bartender to master it.
What Is A Good Mix For Amaretto
I find that pineapple juice and lime juice work fantastic with amaretto. It really gives it an ocean-worthy flavor. Of course, you can mix other things with Amaretto like lemon juice and orange juice as well. Citrus flavors are always a success when it comes to pairing next to amaretto.
Ingredients
- 1 oz vodka
- 1 oz Amaretto
- 3 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 tsp. fresh lime juice
- Ice
- Mint
How To Make a Cuban Breeze
- Put the ice in a glass.
- Add the vodka and amaretto on top of the ice.
- Top with pineapple juice, and lime juice.
- Garnish with mint.
Can I Double This Cuban Cocktail Recipe
Yes, you are more than welcome to make as much or as little of this drink as you would like. I wanted to give you a small recipe so that if you wanted a cocktail or two at the end of the day you could easily do that. But if you are hosting a get-together or summer party and want a refreshing cocktail, you can easily measure and make a larger mixture to pour into glasses.

Can I Make This Cuban Breeze Cocktail Ahead of Time
If you want to make your cocktail in advance just make sure to stir it well before serving. I find it is best when served fresh or within the hour it is made. You will find if you have any ice in your drink it will water it down making the flavors less apparent. So skip any ice if you do make it ahead.
Fresh Lime Juice
One thing I want to really stress is to use fresh lime juice. The bottled lime juice is just not the same and fresh lime juice will really liven up the cocktail. It only takes a minute or two to squeeze a lime or two, so don’t skip that step in this cocktail!
