- 4 Ounces White Rum
- 4 Ounces Cream of Coconut

How to Make Strawberry Pina Colada
- Set the strawberry garnishes off to the side and add the rest of the ingredients to a powerful blender, starting with the ice and frozen strawberries.
- Blend for about a minute or until nice and smooth. If need be, use a tamper to move the items around in your blender as it’s mixing. This helps it reach its full potential in blending power.
- Pour into two hurricane glasses, if desired. Pop the strawberry garnish on top and add a straw for the perfect finish. Enjoy!
Tips Tricks and FAQs
- A tamper helps you blend the ingredients together. If you do not have one and your blender is struggling to mix, turn off your blender, make sure the blades have stopped completely, and then stir it with a nice big spoon to move the ingredients around a bit.
- If you want more coconut flavor you can use coconut rum instead of white rum.
- If you love pineapple flavor, swap out 1 cup of strawberries for 1 cup of frozen chopped pineapple. If you want to be fancy you can make a layer of strawberries and then add a layer of pineapple to the top.
- Do not replace cream of coconut with coconut milk or coconut cream. You will need to find cream of coconut in the mixed drink section of the store. If you are having trouble locating it, you can purchase it on Amazon.
- Double or triple the recipe to serve a crowd.
- If you want your drink to be sweeter, you can add a splash of simple strawberry syrup to the blender as well.
- Add ¼ of lime juice for an extra kick.

Yes, you can make a virgin Strawberry Pina colada. Just omit the white rum from the recipe and enjoy! You can also add 4 ounces of lemon lime soda as a substitute if you prefer.
