- 3 Cups Sliced Fresh Strawberries
- 2 Cups Water
- 1 Cup Sugar
How to Make Strawberry Simple Syrup
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- Reduce heat to low and let simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Strain the syrup mixture to remove the strawberries. Be sure to strain over a small bowl or dish.
- You can let the syrup cool before using it or use it right away. It can also be stored in a bottle or jar in the fridge for up to 2 months.
