We have everything from Air Fryer buffalo wings, spinach artichoke dip, and of course this slow cooker low carb parmesan snack mix! Our guests always rave about this parmesan snack mix because the flavor is so good. They literally devour it by the handful. How to Make Low Carb Parmesan Snack Mix in the Slow Cooker
- Prepare the slow cooker liner by spritzing with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the nuts.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg white until frothy. Pour over the nuts and toss to coat.
- Add the seasonings to the nuts and toss until evenly coated.
- Place the nuts in the slow cooker, cover, and cook on high for 1 ½ hours, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Toss the nuts with grated Parmesan cheese and transfer to a rimmed baking sheet covered with parchment or waxed paper. Allow to cool completely.
- Add the cheese crisps to the nuts and toss to evenly distribute.

- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt, to taste
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 (2.12 ounce) package parmesan cheese crisps
- Optional: 2 tablespoons water
