● 12 tbsp. Low carb Marinara sauce
● 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
● 24 Pepperoni slices
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Slice the three chicken breasts in half lengthwise to create 6 pieces of chicken.

10. Top each chicken breast with four slices of pepperoni.
11. Bake the chicken for 30-40 minutes or until the toppings have browned, and the
chicken is cooked through.
Tips & Tricks for the Best Keto Pizza Chicken
- Get a Good Sear: Don’t skip the step of searing the chicken before baking. It locks in the juices and gives the chicken a great texture.
- Use High-Quality Sauce: Look for a low-carb marinara sauce with no added sugar for the best results. Check the ingredient label!
- Customize the Cheese: Mozzarella is classic, but feel free to mix in parmesan or provolone for an extra cheesy kick.
- Watch the Oven: Depending on the thickness of your chicken, cooking time may vary. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
1. Can I use chicken thighs instead of breasts?
Absolutely! Boneless, skinless chicken thighs work perfectly and tend to stay juicier during cooking. Just adjust the cooking time as needed.
2. What’s the best way to store leftovers?
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through.
3. Can I add extra toppings?
Of course! Get creative with your favorite keto-friendly pizza toppings. Try adding diced bell peppers, sliced jalapeños, or crumbled bacon.
4. Is this recipe gluten-free?
Yes, as long as you choose a gluten-free marinara sauce, this recipe is naturally gluten-free!
