- 3-5 lb ham
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 2 cups potatoes, chopped
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 cup broth or water
- Roughly chop carrots, potatoes, and onions into large pieces - no smaller than 2" each.
- Place carrots, potatoes, onion, and broth into the Instant Pot.
- Place the ham on top of the carrot mixture.
- Secure and seal lid.
- Cook on manual high pressure for 5 minutes per pound.
- Do a quick release.
