  • You will need to stir all the ingredients until they are combined well. This will take a few minutes. Once the cheese starts to warm up it will become easier to stir. 
  • If you want a spicy cheese fondue you can add more hot pepper sauce. 
  • If you want no spice you can omit the hot pepper sauce. 
  • The cheese will get hot and bubble quickly. Be sure to cook on low to avoid the bottom from burning. 
  • This recipe makes about 2 cups. If you are serving a crowd you can double or triple the recipe.
