What are coconut Balls made of?
Coconut balls are made of almond flour, coconut milk, maple syrup, and delicious flakes of coconut.
How to Make No-Bake Coconut Balls
To prepare these super healthy and delicious coconut balls, we will start by gathering all of our ingredients and adding them into a strong blender, food processor, or even in a bowl mixing it by hand. Continue to blend until the dough is formed.
Now that we have a dough, we will take around 25 grams and roll it into a ball shape. Repeat the process until you finish all of the dough.
Next, we will roll each piece into dry shredded coconut and make sure it sticks all over the surface. Leave it to rest in the fridge for about 20-30 mins.
Now that they hardened, they are ready to enjoy…!!

- Don’t skip placing them in the fridge. This helps form them as well as harden them so that they don’t fall apart while you are enjoying them.

Coconut balls can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature. These will last about 1 week.
If you prefer you can also keep these in the fridge in an airtight container. These will last about 2 weeks.
Can you freeze no-bake coconut balls?
Yes, you can also freeze these. Place them on a tray covered with parchment paper and then place them in the freezer. Once frozen, add them to a freezer-safe bag. When you are ready to enjoy, remove the desired amount and let thaw prior to enjoying. These will last about 3 months in the freezer.

- Dry Coconut: 3 cups
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a strong blend or a food processor.
- Turn on and mix until the dough has formed.
- Use a scooper to scoop 25 gram balls and roll them into ball shapes.
- Repeat this until all the dough has been shaped into balls.
- Roll them in dry shredded coconut. Be sure it sticks to the entire ball.
