Are jalapeno poppers spicy?

Typically jalapeno poppers are not spicy unless you want them to be. This recipe calls for you to scrape the seeds and the inner membrane of the jalapeno taking away a lot of the spice.

If you want a spicier jalapeno popper you can leave in some of the seeds and membranes if you prefer.
