How to Make Sausage and Peppers
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Add peppers and onions to a baking dish.
- Drizzle Olive Oil over the peppers and onions.
- Add in vinegar, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
- Nestle sausages into the center of the peppers and onions.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and give your sausage and pepper mixture a good stir.
- Put back in the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes. The internal temperature should be 160 degrees.

- 3 Peppers, any color, sliced
- 1 Onion, sliced
