The whole family swarmed in the kitchen when I said it was time for dinner. We had been smelling this rotisserie pork loin cooking, and needless to say our home smell amazing.
Air Fryer Rotisserie Pork Loin
Juicy, flavorful, and rather easy to whip up and cook for your family or guests. I had been wanting to try a rotisserie style pork loin for awhile and now I am so happy I took the plunge and did it.
This pork loin is a sweet and savory mix, so you get an incredible lunch or dinner to serve up with any or all your favorite side dishes.
What To Swerve With Pork Loin
- Sauteed Cabbage and Bacon | Here is a great one to pair next to you pork. It is a great side that can be made in a matter of minutes.
- Creamy Coleslaw | Crisp, sweet, savory and loaded with tons of flavor. This is my family’s favorite coleslaw recipe to make.
- Cheesy Broccoli Rice | Okay, if you love rice, try out this recipe. It is so easy to make in your Instant Pot and full of cheesy goodness in every single bite.
Can I Use A Pre-Seasoned Pork Loin
You can actually buy pork loins that are full of flavoring and seasonings. I have seen them at the stores many times. If you use one of those, feel free to opt that route. You will still want to baste the loin, so even doing an apple juice to help keep it moist would be good.
You don’t want to ignore it and run the risk of it drying out as it cooks in your air fryer.
Does Pork Need To Rest Once Cooked
I am a huge fan of letting my pork rest for at least 3-5 minutes once you pull it off the air fryer. I just tent it with aluminum foil.
This is going to help lock in the juices and really allow you to have moist pork. If you cut into it right away, as it cools off it can become a lot more drier which is what you don’t want to happen.
How To Store Leftovers
Place in the fridge in an airtight container. You can store your pork loin for up to three days in the refrigerator.
Eat it cold or warm it in the microwave or even oven. I have used leftover loin that was thinly sliced to top salads and it turned out amazing. Feel free to serve leftovers up however you see fit.

How do you check internal temps on something that is on a rotisserie?
I never have trouble. Just be careful when reaching in.
@erik, you would have to stop the pork from rotating the stick a probe in the thickest part of the pork to center depth. Tada!
@erik, I bought a digital blue tooth thermometer. MEATER
@erik, i pause my rotisserie while checking the temp with a thermometer.
Open the door, stop the rotisserie, insert temp probe, check temp, remove probe, close door, press the rotisserie button to resume cooking, if necessary.
