Who does not love a great coleslaw?! Quite often we are in a hurry and just grab the ready made version in the supermarket as a time saver and the truth is, most often its terrible! This creamy coleslaw recipe is not only delicious , it takes less the 10 minutes to make. Plus make it ahead of time and have it chilling in the fridge for the best flavor.
I love making this as a side dish to chicken, pork and steak. Okay, I just love making this!! It also happens to be one of my father in law’s favorites so I am always happy to whip up a batch. It is not too often that we have leftovers but if we do I love to have some on the side of a sandwich the next day. I usually have all the ingredients in the house so if I need a quick side dish to accompany our dinner I can always whip this up in a jiffy.
Here are the simple ingredients
