Jello shots are my go-to party drink. Between my Gummy Bear Jello Shots, apple pie jello shots, and my unicorn jello shots, I always have a hard time deciding which ones to take. But the one that is always on the drink list is this strawberry lime margarita jello shot.

How to make Strawberry Margarita Shots
1. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
2. Pour in the lime jello packet.
3. Pour in 1 cup tequila.
4. Mix well.
5. Fill condiment cups halfway with jello.
6. Place in the refrigerator until the jello is firm.
7. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
8. Pour in the strawberry jello packet.
9. Pour in one cup tequila.
10. Mix well.
11. Top off each condiment cup with strawberry jello.
12. Place in the refrigerator until jello is firm.
13. Once the jello is firm, place a lime slice on top of each cup.

Tips Tricks and FAQs
- If you would rather just have a hint of lime flavor you can substitute the lime jello for an additional box of strawberry.
- This works better if your Tequila is cold when you add it to your jello mixture.
- When your jello shots are sitting in the fridge, place your condiment cups in muffin tin trays for easy storage.
- If you want to give these a margarita feel, even more, dip the rim of the condiment cup in water and then add sugar to coat the rim. Place back in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Storage
These will store in the fridge for about 4 days in the fridge when covered. Just be sure to keep them out of the reach of children.

Yes! You can make jello shots up to two days in advance. Once they are set up in the fridge, add the lids that they came with and place them back in the fridge.
