Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops
These crockpot ranch pork chops are my absolute favorite! They are so simple to make and are moist and delicious. I love using homemade ranch seasoning to pack even more flavor into this easy recipe. I love pairing these with my Instant Pot Mashed potatoes or Instant Pot Mashed Cauliflower for a comfort dish the whole family loves.
How to make Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops
- Add cream of chicken, water, ranch seasoning, & cornstarch into your crockpot. Mix to combine.
- Season your pork chops with salt & pepper.
- Lay your pork chops into your soup mixture. Nestle them in and let the soup mixture cover them. *(for this recipe, my husband was grilling and I could not resist putting a little color on my pork chops before adding them to my crockpot. This is not necessary at all. Just place your raw pork chops in and enjoy the ease of this recipe)
- Cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours.
Tips Tricks and FAQs
- Swap out your pork chops for chicken! You can easily make this same recipe and it still tastes great.
- If you prefer you can serve your pork chops with a wide egg noodle instead of mashed potatoes.
- You can easily swap out your cream of chicken soup for cream of mushroom for a different flavor that still tastes great!
- The cornstarch thickens the sauce. If you prefer a thin sauce you can omit it. If you would like a thickener sauce add a little bit 30 minutes prior to eating. It will thicken as it finishes cooking.
Storage
Store your leftover ranch pork chops in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge.
Should I use a bone-in or boneless pork chop?
You can use both a bone-in and a boneless pork chop for this recipe. You will want to use a thicker pork chop. This helps seal in the moisture.
Should I use thin or thick pork chops?
Thicker ones will be more moist and flavorful. If you opt for thin pork chops you will want to reduce the cooking time to about 2 or 3 hours on low.
