Tips & Tricks

  • Refrigerate the Dough: Don’t skip this step! Chilling the dough for an hour helps prevent the cookies from spreading too much while baking.
  • Measure Flour Accurately: Over-measuring flour can lead to dry cookies. Use the spoon-and-level method for best results.
  • Don’t Overbake: The cookies may look slightly underdone when you remove them from the oven, but they’ll continue to set as they cool.
  • Mix Gently: When adding the M&M’s and sprinkles, fold them in gently to avoid crushing the candies.
  • Use Parchment Paper: This keeps the cookies from sticking to the baking sheet and makes cleanup a breeze.
