2 ½ Chocolate Bars (Hershey’s)

1 10 ounce package of jumbo marshmallows

Oreos

Chips Ahoy Cookies

Graham Crackers

Golden Oreos

Pretzels

How to Make S’mores Dip Charcuterie Board

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Place cast iron skillet in the oven to heat up. Once the oven is preheated remove the skillet from the oven carefully as it will be very hot.
  • Place ½ – 1 TBSP of butter in the skillet and allow it to melt.  Turn your pan so that the butter coats the bottom and sides of your skillet.
  • Break the chocolate bars into halves. In the cast iron skillet place them to cover the bottom of the pan. They will overlap each other a bit.
  • Cover the chocolate bars in the pan with jumbo marshmallows until there is no space seen under the marshmallows.
  • Place in the oven for 5-7  minutes, until the tops will become slightly browned. If they are not browning as much as you would like you can broil them for a few minutes while watching carefully.
  • While that is in the oven, start arranging the cookies and snack items on the charcuterie.
  • Start on the outer edge leaving space for the smores pan to be placed on the charcuterie, and alternate the Oreos and chips ahoy cookies.
  • Next, arrange the graham crackers circularly around the Oreos and cookies.
  • Then place only about 5 or 6 golden Oreos as the last circular layer around the board.
  • At this point, the s’mores pan should be done and you can place it on a charcuterie board.
