What is in S’mores Dip?
This smores dip combines Chocolate bars and marshmallows.
Ingredients:
2 ½ Chocolate Bars (Hershey’s)
1 10 ounce package of jumbo marshmallows
Oreos
Chips Ahoy Cookies
Graham Crackers
Golden Oreos
Pretzels
How to Make S’mores Dip Charcuterie Board
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
- Place cast iron skillet in the oven to heat up. Once the oven is preheated remove the skillet from the oven carefully as it will be very hot.
- Place ½ – 1 TBSP of butter in the skillet and allow it to melt. Turn your pan so that the butter coats the bottom and sides of your skillet.
- Break the chocolate bars into halves. In the cast iron skillet place them to cover the bottom of the pan. They will overlap each other a bit.
- Cover the chocolate bars in the pan with jumbo marshmallows until there is no space seen under the marshmallows.
- Place in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until the tops will become slightly browned. If they are not browning as much as you would like you can broil them for a few minutes while watching carefully.
- While that is in the oven, start arranging the cookies and snack items on the charcuterie.
- Start on the outer edge leaving space for the smores pan to be placed on the charcuterie, and alternate the Oreos and chips ahoy cookies.
- Next, arrange the graham crackers circularly around the Oreos and cookies.
- Then place only about 5 or 6 golden Oreos as the last circular layer around the board.
- At this point, the s’mores pan should be done and you can place it on a charcuterie board.
- Lastly, with the small hole of a space left between the s’mores pan and golden Oreos, fill it with pretzels.
- Enjoy while warm!
