We love cooking our vegetables in the air fryer. Some of our favorites are Air fryer broccolini, Air fryer spaghetti squash, Air fryer vegetables, and Air Fryer Broccoli.
This broccoli in the air fryer is one of my favorite broccoli recipes and is one of a kind and so delicious. It takes minimal effort to prepare and is lightly seasoned with a little bit of olive oil and salt and pepper. Once you try this easy way to cook broccoli you may never go back to roasted broccoli again.

Tips Tricks and FAQs
- Feel free to add in some extra seasonings like onion powder, garlic powder, seasoned salt, cajun seasoning, etc. if you want more flavor.
- You do not want to use frozen broccoli for this recipe.
- You may use pre-cut broccoli to save time.
- You want to ensure that all your broccoli is about the same size and in small pieces. This allows for the nice tender center and the crispy outside. Having the size consistent also ensures it cooks evenly.
- Be sure you toss your broccoli at the halfway point so that it cooks evenly. You can adjust the cooking time based on your preferences as far as the doneness of the broccoli.
- You want to be sure that you toss your broccoli in the olive oil and seasonings prior to adding it to the air fryer.
- If you are worried about your broccoli not being tender enough or burning, you can add 1 tablespoon of water to the bottom of your air fryer. This will help prevent it from burning.
- Be sure to not overcrowd your air fryer. If the air fryer is too full it will steam rather than crisp. You want one single layer with room for air to circulate in between.

Storage
Air fryer broccoli is best enjoyed right away.
You can store it in the fridge in an airtight container for about 5 days.

Reheating
To reheat your broccoli you can place it back in the air fryer to crispy it back up or you can reheat it in the microwave.
