What is Oreo Fudge Made of?
Oreo fudge is a combination of white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and Oreo cookies.
1 (18 ounce) bag white chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
12 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped
How to Make Oreo Fudge
- Repair an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 baking dish by lining it with waxed paper or parchment paper.
- In a large, microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on high for one minute and then stir vigorously to allow the chocolate to continue melting from the residual heat. Repeat the heating and stirring process and 15 second increments until the white chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Fold in the chopped cookies.
- Transfer the fudge to the prepared baking dish and spread into an even layer.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours or until firm.
- Cut into pieces and serves
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three weeks.
