Oreo Fudge

What is Oreo Fudge Made of?

Oreo fudge is a combination of white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and Oreo cookies. 

1 (18 ounce) bag white chocolate chips 

1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk 

12 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped 

How to Make Oreo Fudge

  • Repair an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 baking dish by lining it with waxed paper or parchment paper.
  • In a large, microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on high for one minute and then stir vigorously to allow the chocolate to continue melting from the residual heat. Repeat the heating and stirring process and 15 second increments until the white chocolate is melted and smooth.
  • Fold in the chopped cookies.
  • Transfer the fudge to the prepared baking dish and spread into an even layer.
  • Refrigerate for at least two hours or until firm.
  • Cut into pieces and serves
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three weeks.

Tips Tricks and FAQs

  • When making this recipe, use your favorite type of white chocolate chips. 
  • Cut your fudge pieces as big or as small as you would like them. 
  • Be sure to coarsely chop the Oreos to add to the melted chocolate. 
  • If you love Oreos, crumble Oreo on the top of the fudge and then gently press into the top of each piece. 
  • If you prefer, you can melt your chocolate on the stove on medium-low heat.

Storage

You will want to store your Oreo Fudge in an airtight container. Separate the layers with parchment paper to prevent sticking. This will keep for up to 3 weeks in the fridge.

This fudge freezes nicely. Let it completely set and then cut it into squares. Once cut, place in a freezer-safe container and keep in the freezer. This will keep for up to 2 months. 

When you are ready to enjoy, thaw in the fridge overnight.

Are there other variations that you can make of this fudge?

Yes, you can easily change the flavor of this Oreo fudge. 

  • Add 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter to the white chocolate after it is melted. 
  • Stir in ½ teaspoon of peppermint into the melted white chocolate to make these mint flavored. Add green flavor to the mixture as well to give it a chocolate mint look and flavor.
