One of my best memories from childhood involves S’mores! I think many of us have great childhood memories involving S’mores. In my house we love S’mores so much we don’t want to say Goodbye to them once the summer is over.
How to Make
Step 1: Start by melting your chocolate in a container. You will spread the chocolate in an even layer.
Step 2: Now that a couple scoops of marshmallow fluff and the swirl it into the chocolate with toothpick or knife.
Step 3: Top your s’mores with mini marshmallows and even graham cracker pieces.
Step 4: Allow the chocolate bark to harden and then once ready break into pieces and serve up your candy bark.
Can I Use Semi Sweet Chocolate
If you want to use semi sweet your can swap. Just measure the same and create you dessert.
The semi sweet will of course add some sweetness but feel free to reach for what you have or prefer.
How to Melt Chocolate In Microwave or Instant Pot
If you own an instant pot I highly suggest using your Instant Pot as a double boiler! Crazy simple, effective and easy.
Or if you don’t own an electric pressure cooker than you can do microwave version.
In a microwave-safe container microwave candy melts at 50% power or the defrost setting on your microwave. Melt for one minute to start. Remove and stir. Place back in the microwave for additional 30 seconds at 50% power. Remove and stir. Continue to do this in 30 second intervals until smooth and creamy. Remember less is better. You can help melt some pieces that are still not fully melted by stirring with a spoon. You do not want to over microwave your chocolate.

Storing Leftovers
You can store your s’mores bark in the refrigerator or even on the counter in a sealable bag. You only want to place it in a bag or container until fully cooled.
In terms of freezing, you can freeze leftover bark. You will find the crackers can become a bit softer once thawed from being frozen. But the bark will still taste good.
Can I Double Recipe
Planning to serve a crowd? Go right ahead and double the recipe for this s’mores candy bark.
I have made extra and served it up for my kids friends and they sure gobble it right up.
