What If I Can’t Find Graham Cracker Mini Pie Crusts
No worries! You can make a graham cracker crust that you press down into little ramekins or even a muffin tin. Or any smaller sized container that is safe to be used while air frying in your air fryer.
Our store had these personal pan crusts so I just grabbed a handful for all my kids and their friends.
How To Make Air Fryer Mini S’mores Pies
Step 1: Take your mini graham cracker crust pies, and break up some snack sized Hershey’s to place in the crust.
Step 2: Top with some mini marshmallows I used around a cup.
Step 3: Turn your air fryer to 320 degrees and air fry for around 5-7 minutes or until your marshmallows are nice and toasted to your preference.

Do These Pies Store Well
For this s’mores pie, I do recommend only making what you plan to eat. They are SO easy to make you can have it ready and in the air fryer in literally minutes.
If you happen to have one or two leftovers just allow it to cool. Then cover or place in an airtight container and store in the fridge.
When ready to eat you can let it sit out for a handful of minutes to warm up if you want or even cover it and toss it in the oven to heat up slowly. But, they will taste best fresh straight from the air fryer.
Can I Make These In The Oven
Absolutely! If you don’t own an air fryer just follow the exact instructions but just use your oven. Then cook until the marshmallows reach your desired doneness.
I have done them in the oven and they work out great. I just do the air fryer so it doesn’t heat my house up like the oven, and the ease of it.
Variations To Recipe
- Add in a dollop of peanut butter or hazelnut spread
- Toss in some chopped nuts for a crunch
- Use a chocolate crust vs classic golden graham
- Etc
Feel free to play around and create a fun dessert that you absolutely love. I love them simple and classic but I wouldn’t be shy of tossing in a few peanut butter M&M’s on top!

Didn’t turn out quite how we expected. I think the air fryer should have been set to bake rather than air fry…. It blew the marshmallows all over the inside making a mess to clean. Nice idea but didn’t work our for us.
