Air Fryer Peanut Butter Cookies, 3-ingredients are a peanut butter cookie that melts in your mouth. It could not be any easier to make in your air fryer.
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Egg
- Mix all of the ingredients together with a hand mixer.
- Spray air fryer trays with canola spray. (you can use parchment paper, but it will take your cookies a bit longer to cook)
- Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees.
- Place rounded balls of dough on to the air fryer trays. Gently press down with the back side of a fork, twice.
- Place air fryer tray in middle position in your air fryer. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve with milk. 🙂
