How to Know When Cookies Are Done

The cookies will begin to firm up a bit and if you stick a toothpick in the center and it comes out clean.

Now every air fryer varies on cooking. So just like the oven keep an eye on your peanut butter cookies.

They go from fully baked to over-cooked in a matter of a short time.

How To Store Cookies

You can store these peanut butter cookies in an airtight container or sealable bag. Store for 3-5 days.

You will find fresh is best. This cookie recipe can dry out fast so if you need to soften them up toss them in the microwave for a second or two.

Can You Freeze Peanut Butter Cookies

Sure. Don’t want to use up all the cookies at once? Good choice. Save back some cookies that you can store in the freezer.

The cookies can freeze up to three months. Thaw on the counter for a quick thaw. Or toss in the microwave to soften them up.

Will This Work With Nut Butter

This is something I can’t fully say. I would have to say to remember the different textures of each peanut butter.

You might find if you use almond or cashew butter it might not mix up properly. If I try it, I will for sure update the post.

Variations to 3 Ingredient Cookies
