Instant Pot Strawberry Jam

Cook Time: 3 minutes
Total Time: 8 minutes

Delicious Instant Pot Strawberry Jam that is made in minutes in your instant pot. 2 ingredients is all you need to make this delicious strawberry jam.


  • 3 cups of diced fresh strawberries
  • 1/3 cup honey


  1. Wash, dry then dice 3 cups of strawberries.
  2. Place in Instant Pot.
  3. Add 1/3 cup of honey to strawberries.
  4. Set instant pot for 3minutes on manual with steam release closed.
  5. Once done allow steam to release from valve. Once released open the pot and your jam is done.
  6. You may mash further with a fork for a more textured jam or blend it a few seconds for a smoother texture.
  7. Pour mixture into jars and allow to cool before covering with lid. Enjoy within 5-7 days.

  1. So do you mean do a quick release? Can you cook them in jars? Seems like you might need to add water so that the IP can make steam and come to pressure.
