Ninja Foodi Grill Grilled London Broil
For this London Broil, I used my liquid steak marinade. If you follow my site you know this is the world’s best steak marinade. Tons of flavor, so easy to prep and it helps add flavor to any cut of steak.
Is London Broil good for grilling?
London Broil tends to be a cheaper cut of beef that you will find at the store. It can be anywhere from a top round, flank, etc. London Broil tends to be a bit tougher due to it being a bit more lean. One way to make an excellent broil is to marinade your meat.
That is why I use my liquid marinade, it helps to tenderize so when you toss it on the grill you have a better texture at the end when you go to serve.
What temperature do you grill a London broil?
This all depends on the style of grill you are using. You can use this recipe on a pellet grill, propane, Ninja Foodi or even a wood grill.
The key is to aim for around 450 degrees but depending on if you can’t fully control temp, you just want it hot to help sear the outside.
Cook your steak around 4-5 minutes per side or until it reaches the desired doneness you would like.
What to Serve With London Broil
- Cucumber and Onions
- Baked Beans
- Green Salad
- Roasted Vegetables
- Mashed Potatoes
- French Fries
- Etc
The nice thing about this London broil recipe is how easy and versatile it is. Want to toss in some asparagus go right ahead. Or whip up potato salad and make more of a comfort food side dish.
This cut of beef really is versatile so give whatever sounds good a try.
Can I Change Up The Marinade
Yes you sure can. If you have a go-to marinade that you prefer, you are welcome to swap it out. This is our family’s favorite but feel free to swap with a different blend.
Whether it be a dry rub marinade, or a liquid you can make it work. The key is to ensure the steak has time to break down a bit and soften up since it tends to be a chewier texture.
So don’t wait and try this recipe tonight, and let me know what you think. We have made this a recipe that is always in rotation at our home. The kids and my husband all love and enjoy this Ninja Foodi grill recipe.
