Tips Tricks and FAQs
- You can cut your fries any size that you would like. Just be sure that you cut them all the same size so they cook evenly. I recommend ¼” to ½” pieces.
- Change up the flavor! Try using seasoning salt and onion powder or any other combination of seasonings.
- You can easily make cheesy fries by adding shredded cheese to the top as well.
Make Ahead
While you can’t really make your fries ahead of time because they will lose their crispiness, you can soak them ahead of time! Just place your sliced potato pieces in a bowl of water and place them in the fridge. You can let these soak overnight and pull them out when you are ready to cook them. Just be sure to dry them before cooking.
