How to Make Slow Cooker Cheesy Cauliflower

  • Prepare a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place the cauliflower into the bottom of the slow cooker.

  • In a mixing bowl, stir together the salt, onion, powder, paprika, soups, ½ cup mozzarella cheese, and ½ cup cheddar cheese. Spoon the mixture over the cauliflower.

  • Top the mixture with the remaining cheese

  • Cover and cook on high for about 2 hours or until the cauliflower reaches desired tenderness.

Tips Tricks and FAQs

  • If the dish seems too runny you can add 1 Tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with 1 Tablespoon of water to help thicken it. 
  • Feel free to add bacon crumbles to this dish if you prefer. You can also add a dollop of sour cream and some salt and pepper for even more flavor. 
  • While we use mozzarella and sharp cheddar to make this recipe, you can use any type of cheese that your family prefers. 
  • You can use fresh cauliflower to make this dish or frozen cauliflower.

Storage

You can store your leftover slow cooker cheesy cauliflower in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

Reheating

To reheat your cheesy cauliflower, place your desired amount in a microwaveable safe container and reheat 30 seconds at a time. Be sure to stir in between. Once it reaches your desired temperature, enjoy!

  • 2 medium heads cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cheddar soup
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided

Instructions
