Creamy Peach Popsicles
There is nothing like a nice cold popsicle on a hot day during the summer. I am a huge fan of rainbow fruit popsicles, banana pudding popsicles, and of course these creamy peach popsicles! These peach popsicles are so easy to make and perfect to have on hand when you have extra kids at your house during the summer or if you are looking for a late night treat to enjoy. With just a few ingredients you will be able to make these in just a few minutes!
INGREDIENTS :
Coconut cream: 1 can
Peaches: 5, medium size skinned
Maple syrup: 1/4 cup
TOOLS YOU NEED
- Blender
- Popsicles mold
- Wooden sticks
How to Make Peach Popsicles
- To prepare these refreshing and delicious peach popsicles, we will start by gathering and measuring all the ingredients.
- First, remove the skin and seed from the peaches but save a couple and cut them into chunks; Save them for later. Place the remaining peaches into a high speed blender and add the coconut cream and the maple syrup, blending until the ingredients are combined.
- Now, take the popsicle stamp/mold and place one peach chunk in each one.
- Next, pour about halfway the blended mixture and add another peach chunk; Pour the mixture until reaching the top.
- Now, place the silicone cover and add a wooden stick.
- Freeze overnight or at least 6 hours or until it’s firm.
Tips Tricks and FAQs
- If you prefer, you can blend all the peaches if you don’t want to have peach chunks in the popsicles.
- You can swap out the maple syrup for agave if you prefer.
- Please note that coconut cream is different from coconut milk. You can use coconut milk, but it won’t be as thick and creamy.
- To release all the air bubbles, tap the mold on the counter prior to freezing.
- Add other fruit chunks to the mold to change up the flavor.
Storage
You will want to store these in the freezer. Once they have set up overnight you can add them to a freezer-safe bag. These will last up to 2 months.
Removing homemade popsicles can be difficult at times, but with this method, you will easily be able to remove them.
1. Fill the bottom of your sink with warm water, about 1 to 1 ½ inches.
2. Place mold in water and let it sit there.
3. After about 20-30 seconds try to remove your popsicle. If it is still not budging let it sit for another 20 seconds.
4. Continue to do this until the popsicle pops out of the mold.
