Tips Tricks and FAQs

  • If you want a creamier popsicle you can use powdered sugar instead of granulated sugar.
  • Your mold size will determine how many popsicles you are able to make.
  • You can easily double and triple this recipe as long as you have enough molds.
  • Use ripe bananas. The riper the banana the sweeter the popsicle will be.
  • Get creative! Add in pieces of fruit, add peanut butter, or even dip in chocolate!
  • If you want to make these even sweeter add a little bit of honey before blending.

Storage

You will want to keep these banana popsicles stored in the freezer until you are ready to serve. You can remove them from the mold once frozen, but just be sure to store them in a freezer-safe bag.

How do I remove the popsicles from the mold?

You might find it difficult to remove the popsicles from the mold. If this is the case, run the bottom of the mold under warm water for about 10-15 seconds, and then the popsicle will slide right out.
