If you’re looking for a fun and healthy way to cool off, these Rainbow Fruit Popsicles are the answer. They’re layered with real fruit, creamy yogurt, and just enough sweetness to make them feel like dessert. Whether you’re making these for the kids or sneaking one for yourself, they’re as beautiful as they are refreshing.

Rainbow Fruit Popsicles
Each layer of these pops is blended with simple ingredients like frozen fruit, banana, and vanilla Greek yogurt. You can mix and match fruit based on what you have on hand, but we used six colorful layers to create the full rainbow effect. Be sure to check out some of my other fruity summer favorites like smoothie bowl, yogurt bark, or banana pudding popsicles.
These popsicles are naturally sweetened with fruit, full of color without any dyes, and perfect for summer parties, snacks, or even breakfast on a hot day. The layering does take a little patience, but it’s totally worth it when you pull these beauties out of the mold.
