You will love them because they are the perfect vegetarian option on game day and they are ready in less than 15 minutes!

What will I need to complete this recipe?

You will need the following supplies:

  • Small and large mixing bowl
  • Measuring spoons
  • Spatula 
  • Air Fryer
  • Cutting Board
  • Sharp Knife

How to Make Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

  • Chop up the head of cauliflower into florets and place in a large mixing bowl.

  • In a small bowl add your melted butter, buffalo sauce, ½ teaspoon garlic powder and smoked paprika and mix.

  • Heat up your Air Fryer to 350 degrees and place half of the cauliflower into the basket and bake for 10-12 minutes. Shake a few times throughout the bake time and remove when they are starting to brown.

  • Be sure you create bite-size pieces that are all the same size. This allows them to cook evenly. 
  • Cook in batches. When cooking cauliflower bites they can touch a little bit because they will shrink as they cook, but you want to leave plenty of room in the Air Fryer so that the air can properly circulate and become crispy. 
  • Be sure to toss your basket halfway through cooking.
