What is an uncrustable?
Uncrustables are found in the freezer section at your local grocery store. They are frozen peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with no crusts that are crimped to perfection. They come with either grape jelly or strawberry jelly.
They do make different varieties of uncrustables, but for this recipe, we are sticking to the classic PB & J uncrustables.

Using the air fryer to cook an uncrustable is like heaven on Earth! It is so good! It has a toasty outside with a perfectly melted gooey inside. It is finger licking good!

* Powdered Sugar
How to Make Air Fryer Uncrustables
1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees.
2. Lightly spray each Uncrustable with cooking spray.
3. Place the Uncrustables onto the air fryer rack.
4. Air fry for 6-8 minutes.
5. Remove from the air fryer.
6. Dust with powdered sugar.
Tips Tricks and FAQs
- Note that you will be cooking these frozen for the times indicated. If you are thawing it first, you will want to adjust the cooking time accordingly.
- I love dusting powdered sugar on top after the uncrustable is cooked, but you can omit this or replace it with warm jelly and chopped nuts for an elevated treat.
- You can cook multiple uncrustables at the same time. Be sure they are not touching so there is plenty of room for air to circulate in your air fryer.
- To ensure your Air Fryer uncrustable is done, insert a knife to test the temperature of the filling. You will know it is done when the filling is hot (not lukewarm or cold).
- If you want them to be crispier feel free to cook them for an additional 1-2 minutes.

These are best enjoyed right away and do not recommend storing them for later.
