Make Ahead

The great thing about pea salad is that it gets better over time so it is the perfect recipe to make up to a day ahead of time and store in the fridge until you are ready to serve.

Storage

Fridge

You will want to store your leftover salad in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container.

Freezer

I do not recommend freezing this salad after it is made. The peas will become mushy since you would have already thawed them once and the dressing does not hold up very well.

Do you serve this cold?

Yes! This is a recipe that you will want to keep in the fridge right until you serve it.
