  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs, divided
  • 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup natural unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9×13 baking pan and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, stir together chocolate cake mix, vegetable oil and 1 egg. It should be a crumbly consistency. Set aside 1 cup of the mixture for later.
