Tips Tricks and FAQs

  • For smaller Air Fryers you can halve the recipe.
  • If your brussel sprouts are bigger you might want to halve them prior to cooking.
  • Try to buy brussel sprouts that are all similar sizes or cut them to similar sizes so they cook evenly.
  • Be sure you create a single layer in your Air Fryer, you don’t want to overcrowd them.
  • Get creative! Another option prior to cooking is tossing them with oil and a little balsamic vinegar and sea salt!

Storage

You will want to store your leftover brussel sprouts in the fridge in an airtight container for 3-4 days.

To reheat you will want to Air Fry them at 350° for about 10 minutes. This will give them that crispy texture you love!

Do I soak Brussel sprouts before cooking?

It is recommended that you soak your brussel sprouts in cold salted water for about 20 minutes. Once soaked, you will then trim your brussel sprouts before cooking.
