Ninja Foodi Grill Stuffed Peppers are incredibly easy to make. The peppers are tender on the outside and filled with the most delicious mixture of ground beef, onion, garlic, tomatoes, and rice that is topped with shredded mozzarella that is then melted. Once you try these it will be the only way you ever cook stuffed peppers again.

Ninja Foodi Grill Stuffed Peppers

One of my favorite things is stuffed peppers. I love the yummy filling on the inside with the tender pepper on the outside. The one downfall though to stuffed peppers is the fact that they take such a long time to cook. So the other day I showed you how to easily make Air Fryer Stuffed Peppers, so I thought I would show you how to recreate that same recipe using my Ninja Foodi Grill.

Let me tell you, you are absolutely going to love how easy these are to make and you will be blown away by the flavor in every single bite of this dish.

How to make Ninja Foodi Grill Stuffed Peppers

  • Cut a thin slice from the top of each pepper, removing the stem and cleaning the inside.  Make any minor slices to the bottom if needed to help your pepper stand straight.
  • In a skillet, add the ground beef, garlic, and onions. Cook until the meat is no longer pink. Carefully drain any excess grease.
  • Add in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce & Italian seasoning. Break up the diced tomatoes if they are larger chunks.  Allow simmering for 5 minutes.
  • Add in the cooked rice.  Mix to combine and let it heat through.
  • Scoop the meat/rice mixture into your peppers.  Fill them just to the top.
  • Preheat your Grill to Bake 350 degrees.  Once add food flashes, carefully put your stuffed peppers into your basket.  Close the lid.  Cook for 15 minutes.
  • Open the lid and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.  Cook for another 5 minutes.

Tips Tricks and FAQs

  • When it comes to the mozzarella cheese on top you will want to shred it yourself from a block of cheese. This cheese will melt better and has better flavor than pre shredded bags of cheese.
  • Change up your meat! Try making these by adding some ground sausage or using a ground turkey or pork.
  • If you choose you can swap out your white rice for brown.

Storage

You will want to store your leftover stuffed peppers in the fridge for up to two days.

Do I precook the meat?

Yes! With these stuffed peppers you need to precook the meat. After the onions, garlic, and meat have been cooked you will mix it with the other ingredients before sauteing.
