Pioneer Woman Hamilton Beach Bread Machine Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake
I have recently loved using my bread machine to make all kinds of bread. Some of our family favorites are our bread machine banana bread, our bread machine cheese bread, and of course our new favorite this Pioneer Woman Hamilton Beach Bread Machine Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake that I spotted on YouTube the other day! It is moist and delicious and is full of so much flavor. Once you try this, you will find yourself making it again and again.
You will love this Bread Machine Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake for so many reasons!
- Easy to make! Your bread machine does all the work!
- Decadent and moist, thanks to the sour cream.
- Almost fail proof thanks to your bread machine.
- Customize the amount of streusel you desire to make it just how you love it!

How to Make Pioneer Woman Hamilton Beach Bread Machine Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake
- Add all of the cake ingredients in the order listed above.
- Choose the Quick Bread cycle (#7).
- Press START.
- Set a timer for 22 minutes.
- Add all of the streusel ingredients into a bowl.
- Once your timer goes off, open the lid. Take ⅓ Cup of the streusel and pour it down the middle of the batter/cake. Try not to let too much of the streusel topping touch the sides of your pan, it could burn. Using a spatula or a spoon, pull the batter from the sides of your cake and pull it on top of your streusel topping you just placed on top. Essentially you want to bury the streusel.
- Once you have buried the streusel, pour the rest of the streusel on top. Cover the whole top just by being cautious of the sides of your pot.
- Close the lid and let the cooking cycle complete.
Tips Tricks and FAQs
- Be sure that your butter is softened or at room temperature.
- You can use low fat sour cream or full fat whichever you prefer.
- Be sure you set your bread machine for cake.
- If you find that your cake is still loose on the top, close the lid and allow it to sit for about 15 extra minutes. This will help it to continue to bake.
- If the toothpick is still not coming clean, you can finish baking it in the oven if needed.
- This bread can be served warm or cold. We like it warm.
- I love streusel so this makes quite a bit, if you want less streusel you can halve the recipe.
Storage
You will want to store your leftover Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cake at room temperature in a plastic bag. This will keep for up to 5 days.
