How to Make Air Fryer Tortellini
1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees.
2. Coat the tortellini in the egg.
3. Smother in bread crumbs.
4. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
5. Air fry for 12-15 minutes or until the tortellini have fully cooked.
6. Serve with marinara sauce & enjoy.
Tips Tricks and FAQs
- Use your favorite marinara sauce for dipping. If you prefer you can even use your favorite alfredo sauce. Try using pizza sauce or ranch as well!
- Use a fresh tortellini from the fridge section. If you use frozen tortellini the batter has trouble sticking to it a bit more.
- Be sure to cook in batches and not overcrowd your air fryer. If you overlap your tortelli or fill it too full they will not cook as evenly and parts will be soggy.

Deep Fryer / Stove: You can still make fried tortellini without an air fryer. You can do it with a deep fryer or on the stove with oil.
Oven: You can also cook them at 350 degrees in the oven for about 8-9 minutes. You want to make sure they are golden brown prior to removing them.

- • 2 Cups Bread Crumbs
- • 2 Eggs

Instructions
