Tips Tricks and FAQs

  • Add vegetables! I love this recipe because it is super versatile. Add in squash if you prefer for even more flavor.
  • All the vegetables are optional. If there is one your family does not care for, omit it or substitute it for another.
  • Use any variety of tortellini. You can also use raviolis as well.

Storage

To store your leftovers you will want to store it in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

How do you cook Kielbasa on a Blackstone Grill?

You want to ensure that you cook your Kielbasa thoroughly. Cook it on a medium high heat and within 5-7 minutes it will be fully cooked. If you slice your Kielbasa thinner, it will cook quicker.

Can I swap out the Kielbasa for another protein?

Yes! You can either omit or substitute it for another protein. I frequently make it with chicken sausages and it is delicious. In order to not alter the recipe too much in regards to cooking times and how you add things, you definitely want to stick with a sausage.

What are some other vegetables can I add to this dish?

There are so many options to add in for flavor! Try

  • Artichoke hearts
  • Asparagus
  • Garlic
  • Red Pepper
  • Red Onion
  • Cherry tomatoes (one of my favorites, be sure to add these at the end!)
  • Yellow Squash
  • Zucchini If you find yourself without any mozzarella balls, you can use parmesan as well to top it off at the end.
