Ingredients
For the potatoes:
3 to 4 medium Russet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ to ½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the steaks:
2 or 3 New York Strip steaks, cut into large cubes
1 teaspoon steak seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the garlic butter:
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
How to Make Steak Tips in the Air Fryer
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Prepare the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes in the olive oil. Then, add the seasoning and toss until coat.
- Place the potatoes into an air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook in the air fryer for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden, shaking halfway.
- When the potatoes are done, place them on a serving platter but keep them warm.
- In a different bowl, toss the steak in the seasonings. Transfer to the air fryer basket in a single layer (cooking in batches if needed.) Cook, flipping halfway, for 8 to 15 minutes but depending on the size of the cube and the desired doneness. Place the steak bites over the potatoes.
- Mix the ingredients for the garlic butter and pour over the steak. Serve immediately.
