Dips and chicken wings are my specialties when it comes to parties and get-togethers. My go-to dips are always Spinach Artichoke Dip, Million Dollar Dip, and of course this cheesy Reuben Dip. You will fall in love with the creaminess of this dip and all the flavors that are in every single bite! In fact, it may be your new favorite way to eat a Reuben.

How to make Reuben Dip
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Sprinkle the sauerkraut over the bottom of the prepared baking dish in an even layer.
- Over the sauerkraut, add the corned beef as a layer, and then top with the cheese.
- Stir together the mayonnaise and salad dressing in a small bowl until well blended.
- Spread the mixture over the cheese as evenly as possible.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and smooth.
- Serve with pretzels, crackers, or thick-cut chips.
