Fall is in the air which means I am dreaming of everything apple like caramel apples, delicious apple pie, apple cider donuts, and apple butter. I have to admit I love a good caramel apple, but they take tons of time to prepare and get ready to serve, not to mention getting the caramel to set just perfectly to stay on the apples. That is why I am in love with this easy to make caramel apple dip. With just a few minutes of prep, you will be dipping apples and cookies in it in no time!
How to make Caramel Apple Dip
- Beat together the cream cheese with ½ cup caramel sauce and ½ cup Heath bits until blended evenly. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and smooth into an even layer. (I used a pie plate.)
- Pour remaining caramel sauce over the cream cheese mixture. Top with the remaining Heath bits.
- If desired, add the peanuts and mini semi-sweet chocolate chips to the top.
- Serve with sliced apples and cookies, if desired.

- 1 (8 ounce) package Heath milk chocolate english toffee baking bits, divided
- ¼ cup chopped salted peanuts, optional
- ¼ cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, optional
- Apples, cored and sliced
- Vanilla or Biscoff cookies, optional
