I am a sucker for a good doughnut! Every time I drive by my favorite donut shop and see the words “hot donuts” flashing I can’t resist and I find myself pulling in and grabbing a donut or two! Thankfully now thanks to these delicious Air Fryer donuts, I no longer have to wait for the flashing sign because I can make nice hot fresh fluffy donuts coated in cinnamon in sugar right in your kitchen in about 5 minutes whenever I want! And now you can too! Once you try this recipe you will fall in love with how easy it is to make and how good they taste!

How to Make Air Fryer Cinnamon Sugar Donuts
- Pre-heat air fryer to 350 degrees.
- Cut a circle out of the centers of the biscuits.

- Lightly spray the biscuits with cooking spray.
- Place in the air fryer for 4-6 minutes or until biscuits have browned.

- Remove from air fryer and transfer to a cooling rack.

- In a small mixing bowl, combine cinnamon & sugar.
- Coat the donuts in melted butter then quickly cover in the cinnamon/sugar mixture.
- Enjoy.
Tips Tricks and FAQs
- Don’t forget to make Cinnamon sugar donut holes with the middle of all the doughnuts! Just roll them gently and cook in your Air Fryer for about 3 minutes. Once done, coat with butter and then roll in your cinnamon/ sugar mixture!
- Swap out the cinnamon and sugar for a glaze! To make a glaze, whisk powdered sugar and milk to the desired consistency and then dip your donuts. You can even add sprinkles if you choose.
- To cut the circle you can use a small biscuit cutter or even a very small circular glass, like a shot glass.
Storage
Everytime we have made these donuts we never seem to have any leftovers! If you find yourself with leftovers, you will want to store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Over time they will begin to dry out.
You will want to warm them back up for a few seconds in the microwave.
