What is Sangria?

Sangria is an adult beverage that contains red wine and chopped fruit. It usually contains a variety of fruit juices as well for even more flavor.

It was first introduced into the United States in 1964 at the World’s Fair in New York.

Storage

You will want to store your leftover cranberry apple sangria in the fridge with a lid on it. This will last up to 5 days. If you are going to keep it in the fridge for the full 5 days you might want to remove the fruit as it will start to go bad.

Can you make this ahead of time?

Yes, you can make apple cranberry sangria ahead of time. In fact, it is so much better when it has time to sit in the fridge so that the flavors can meld together. I highly recommend allowing this drink to chill before enjoying it.
