Peach Smoothie
The other day I was at the farmer’s market and they had the most delicious peaches. I bought a bunch and was excited to get home and get baking and cooking with them!
I started by making creamy peach popsicles, air fryer peaches, and then crockpot peach cobbler. I then saved the rest to make these healthy peach smoothies.
Peach smoothies are so easy to make and perfect to enjoy for breakfast, a snack, or an after dinner treat. Use fresh or frozen peaches and enjoy this irresistible refreshing drink that everyone always loves.
Tools used in this recipe:
- Blender – I use a Ninja Professional blender, which is the blender seen in the photos. If you’ve never used one, it’s fairly comparable to a Vitamix for its price.

Tips Tricks and FAQs
- I love using fresh peaches. If you opt to do this as well you will want to add about 6 ice cubes to the blender to make it nice and frosty and a little bit thicker.
- Ripe peaches do provide the most amount of flavor. Frozen peaches are ripened before they’re frozen, so they will typically make a very flavorful smoothie.
- If you would like you can swap out the milk for almond milk, coconut milk, or oat milk.
- Any variety of vanilla yogurt will work great.
- If you want to add extra nutrients to your smoothie consider adding berries, spinach, bananas, mango, pineapple, avocado, chia seeds, uncooked oats, flax (ground, meal, or seeds), protein powder, collagen peptides, powdered almond butter or powdered peanut butter, almonds, pitted dates, honey, or coconut flakes.
- You may double or triple the recipe if your blender allows.
- Turn your peach smoothie into a smoothie bowl! Just pour it into the bowl and add additional ingredients to the top. Eat with a spoon.
- Add whipping cream to the top for an additional treat.
Wash your peaches. Cut into slices (you can leave the peels on). Soak the peaches in a lemon juice bath for 5 minutes. Drain. Place peach slices on a baking sheet. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Once frozen, remove them from the baking sheet and move them into a freezer bag. You can also vacuum seal them for prime freshness. Freeze for up to one year.
Storage
Peach smoothies are best enjoyed right away. If you would like to store it, place it in a mason jar with a lid.
Fridge: Keep your smoothie in the fridge for up to 3 hours. When you are ready to enjoy, shake and then enjoy.
Freezer: Place your mason jar in the freezer for up to 3 months. When you are ready to enjoy it, thaw it in the fridge and then shake it to mix it back up.Peach Smoothie
