Strawberry Cheesecake Pudding Shots
We love pudding and jello shots when we host our friends over! For the 4th of July, they all went crazy when we brought out our patriotic pudding shots and our readers love our strawberry lime margarita jello shots. So this week I decided to combine the two and make these super delicious strawberry cheesecake pudding shots. They combine strawberry jello with cheesecake pudding to create an epic adult treat that everyone is raving about!
What are pudding shots?
Pudding shots are the perfect adult treat loved by many! It is basically pudding infused with alcohol (usually Vodka) in a shot sized portion, hence the name pudding shots.
Ingredients:
- 3 ounce box of strawberry gelatin
- 3/4 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of Vodka
- 3.4 oz size box of Cheesecake flavored Gelatin Instant Pudding
- 1 cup of Milk
- 1/3 cup of Vodka
- Fresh Strawberries for garnish
How to Make Strawberry Cheesecake Pudding Shots
- In a small pan, bring water to a boil, once boiling add in the Strawberry Gelatin. Stir until the gelatin is dissolved, and set aside to cool.
- In a medium bowl, add the milk and the Cheesecake Flavored pudding, and whisk quickly until the pudding begins to thicken.
- Once the pudding is smooth and thickened, stir in 1/3 cup of vodka, and mix until smooth. Place in the refrigerator, to cool.
- Once the strawberry gelatin is cooled to room temperature, add 1/4 cup of vodka, and stir until well combined
- Place the shot glasses on a tray and fill them half full with the strawberry gelatin mixture. Place the tray in the refrigerator until the gelatin is fully set.
- When the gelatin is set, fill the remaining portion of the shot glass with the cheesecake pudding mixture. Before serving, top with whipped cream and strawberry slices. Enjoy!

- Feel free to double or triple the recipe if you are feeding a crowd.
- If you are going to add whipped cream and strawberry slices to the top be sure to do this right before serving. You can even sprinkle some graham cracker crumbs on the top.
