Tips Tricks and FAQs

  • If you are not a fan of cheesecake flavored pudding you can use vanilla as an alternative.
  • Be sure you use half in half rather than whole milk. This helps thicken the pudding to perfection.
  • Do not use heavy whipping cream as your liquid, this will make your pudding shots too thick.
  • When you are adding the layers of pudding, tap the glass in between each layer. This helps flatten out the layers. This allows the colors to lay nice and even.
  • When piping your pudding into the glasses you will want to hold your bag at an angle. The pudding is thinner than traditional frosting so it will continue to leak out if it is horizontal.
  • When you first add the Vodka to the pudding it will look a bit chunky. This is normal, just keep mixing it and it will become smooth. .
