  • In a 6 or 8-quart Instant Pot use the sauté function to brown ground turkey and onions in olive oil, about 3-5 minutes.

  • Close the lid and be sure the vent is set to seal. 
  • Pressure cook on high for 10 minutes. 
  • Allow a 5-10 minute natural release then quick release if needed to open the lid.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground Turkey
  • ½ Medium Yellow Onion, chopped
  • 1-2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 Cups Sweet Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 Jalapeno, diced
  • 1 (14.5oz) Can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 (14.5oz) Can Sweet Corn Kernels
  • 1 (15.5oz) Can Black Bean, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15.5oz) Can Mild Chili Beans, in sauce
  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Cayenne, or to taste
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
