Can you thicken Sloppy Joes?

If you love a thicker sauce with your Sloppy Joe you aren’t alone! To thicken the sauce you will want to let a little of the water out of the pot once the pressure cooking is done.

If this still doesn’t do the trick, create a slurry with 1 teaspoon of cornstarch and 1-2 Tablespoon cold water. Add this to your mix and then saute it for about 1 minute. Be sure you stir it the whole time to prevent burning.
