Let’s be honest. Pork Chops have never been that exciting… I remember as I was growing up when mom said it was pork chop night I would try to hide the fact that I hated them. They were so dry and had zero flavor. I vowed to never make them for my kids. But let’s be honest, everything is better in the Air Fryer so that is why I had to try and create an Air Fryer Pork Chop recipe that the kids and I would love. I have to say this recipe is so good, the whole family gives it two things up!

Tips Tricks and FAQs
- If you want to add a little spice to these you can add some cayenne pepper for a little kick.
- Be sure to preheat your Air Fryer. This is a step that people often miss or skip, but this really helps your pork chops come out perfectly.
- When cooking any kind of meat you want to let it rest for a few minutes. This will help create natural juices within the pork chop.
- The thicker the pork chop the juicer it will be.
- Be sure to always check the internal temperature before consuming.
Storage
If you have leftover pork chops you will want to store them in the fridge in an airtight container. These will last for up to 3 days.
Can I stack pork chops on top of each other in the Air Fryer?
You do not want to stack your pork chops on top of each other when cooking them. When you do this it does not allow the hot air to circulate to the parts that are touching causing them to not cook correctly/ be undercooked.
