Tips Tricks and FAQs
- If your pot is big enough, you can easily double this recipe.
- You can use any brand of sauce that your family loves with this recipe.
- I always use Penne Pasta in my Instant Pot because it works so well, but you can use any type that you prefer, just be sure the noodles are covered with the sauce prior to closing the lid.
Storage
You will want to store your leftover chicken parmesan pasta in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Reheating Your Pasta
You can heat up the desired amount of chicken parmesan in the microwave until it is warmed to your desired temperature. If you are worried about the chicken warming slower than the pasta, you can chop it up if you prefer.
Can you bread your chicken parmesan?
I do not recommend breading your chicken. It will become soggy and fall off the chicken during the cooking process. Leaving it off also helps this dish be a little bit healthier.
If you do choose to bread your chicken, omit the seasonings.
